Biology

The Department of Biological Sciences, was founded in 2012 under the Faculty of Sciences. The Department is located at its main campus Kofar Ruwa and offers four (4) undergraduate programmes; B.Sc Biology, B.Sc. Botany, B.Sc. Biotechnology and B.Sc. Microbiology. Additionally postgraduate programes in PGD, M.Sc. and Ph.D Biological Sciences is undertaken in the Department. It has dedicated and hardworking staff
across different fields of Biological Sciences with equipped laboratories and Botanic Garden
